Publish a property

From a blank form to a live listing: the setup wizard, then one button on the property page.

9 steps

  1. 1Step 1

    Open the setup wizard#

Go to My Properties and press Add Property. Each step saves your draft when you press Next, so you can stop and come back to it. There is a limit on unfinished drafts — if you reach it, finish or delete one first. Closing the wizard while creating asks before it deletes the draft; to keep it, skip through the remaining steps instead.

  2. 2Step 2

Start from an old advert (optional)#

Already described this property somewhere else? Answer Yes, paste the text and press Fill in the details. The AI fills in the form and drafts a title and description, then lists anything it could not find so you can check it yourself. Press Use these — or choose No, start from scratch.

  3. 3Step 3

    Type and price#

Choose the property type, then Sale or Rent. For rent, set the rent period and, if you like, the dates it is available. Enter the price in euro or lek.

  4. 4Step 4

    Address#

Start typing the street and pick a suggestion: the country, city and zone fill themselves in, and every field stays editable. The property page uses this address to show the listing on the map.

  5. 5Step 5

    Details and features#

Area, rooms, bathrooms, floor, the year it was built and whether it is furnished, then tick the features that apply. Nothing here is compulsory, but the more you fill in, the better the listing reads — and the better the AI writes.

  6. 6Step 6

    Description and title#

Write in either language. With Auto-translate ticked, the other language is filled in each time you save. Generate with AI drafts the text from what you have entered so far; accept it, regenerate it or reject it.

  7. 7Step 7

    Photos#

Add as many photos as you like — JPEG, PNG or WebP; large ones are resized for you. You need at least one to publish, and five or more is recommended. Later, on the property page, drag the thumbnails to reorder them: the first one becomes the cover.

  8. 8Step 8

    Who it is listed under#

If you belong to an agency, choose whether the listing appears under the agency or under your own name. Listing for an agency adds one more step, where you can record the real owner's contact details for your agency only.

  9. 9Step 9

    Publish#

Press Finish on the last step: the property page opens, still as a draft. Press Publish Now, pass the check, and confirm with Submit for review. Most listings are reviewed within one business day and you are notified either way; accounts and agencies with auto-publish go live straight away. Where a listing fee applies, the button reads Continue to payment and the listing goes live once the payment is confirmed.
