Listings are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Properties with missing documents are placed on hold and you will receive an email outlining what is required to resume the process.

Can I share access with photographers or partners?

Yes, invite them as collaborators with limited permissions from the agency console. They can upload media, but cannot publish or edit pricing without your approval.

Where can I track performance once a listing goes live?

Open the My Properties section and choose any listing to see reach, saves, and lead conversions. Exportable reports are available for weekly or monthly reviews.
