Shpia uses a simple model: you pay for what you publish or boost. There is no subscription required for solo owners, and the site is free for buyers and renters.

Solo-owner listing fee

Pay-as-you-go — no subscription, charged per listing.

First listing

Covers a brand-new listing from publish to expiry.

Renewal

Discounted rate when an existing listing's paid window has expired.

Each listing stays live for 90 days from publish.

One-time fee per promotion. Boosts placement on home + search results.

Buyers and renters use Shpia free of charge — no account required to browse.

Account creation

Signing up, building your profile, and saving favourites cost nothing.

AI helpers

Title, description and image AI tools are included with every listing — no metered charges.

Reviews

Listing and agency reviews by our team are part of the platform, never billed.

Payments are processed by RaiAccept (Raiffeisen Bank Albania). Card details are entered on their secure form, tokenised, and never reach our servers. Saved cards are added and removed on that form; the ones you save appear under Account → Payment methods, or on an agency’s Billing screen.
