Close your account
What closing your account removes, what it keeps, and what has to be handed over first.

Find it#
On My Account, scroll to the last section, Close your account, and press Close my account.

Hand over first#
If you are the only owner of an agency, choose the member who takes it over. If you hold agency listings, clients or viewings, choose the colleague who receives them. If you are an agency's only member, close or transfer the agency first.
- 3Step 3
Confirm#
Check what goes and what stays, type delete my account and confirm. Your favourites, saved searches, notifications and private listings are deleted, your messages and reviews are anonymised, and invoices are kept as the law requires. This cannot be undone.
